What is coaching?
TranZform Coaching is a holistic approach that has the power to balance and harmonise life. It is a relationship between coach and client which is open, honest, respectful and trustworthy. The client is the owner of the coaching sessions, it is about you, our client, working towards results which you want to achieve. It is non-judgmental, it is a conversation, it is about learning, gaining new tools to achieve/overcome obstacles. It is about looking at where you are today and where you want to be in the future
Coaching is not therapy and does not take the place of therapy.
One of our client's analogy of Life Coaching is – “Coaching is like having the good angel on your shoulder. She understands your goals and frustrations, but keeps you on track. The good angel does not let the bad angel steer you off.”
COACHING PROCESS

TIME COMMITMENT
I am often asked what is the best program for coaching – a one off, book as you go along or a blocked program. This is a very personal decision and it really comes down to what it is the client wants to achieve. Some clients may need many sessions while others get what they need in 2 to 3 sessions. Therefore, the number of sessions depends on the desired outcome.
