Is Coaching for
Certain People?
No, Coaching is
for anyone. There are no rules, it is more, whether you are wanting to move forward in your particular
area or phase of life
What is the
difference between Coaching and Counselling?
Coaching is
about focusing on an individual's life and what they are wanting to achieve, change or work on. Coaching
involves assisting the client to move forward, to achieve results. Coaching is very much about being
solution focused.
Counselling is more about the therapy side, as in
solving the problem. What is holding you back and delving into the past.
In many ways Coaching and Counselling cross over each other and do
support each other when required.
Coaching
is not Therapy and does not take the place of Therapy.
How many Sessions should I
Have?
I personally offer packages. Coaching is an ongoing process allowing you to have the time to think, adjust, change and clarify more
about where you are going and what you are wanting. You have the
opportunity to map out what you want at a steady pace.
These sessions can be once a fortnight or once a month, again it is up to
you!
What is the Coaching
Process?
There are four modes of Coaching:
 |
Face to
Face |

On
Line |

Skype |
To touch base in between sessions you can e-mail us.
